2. Booking Requests and Confirmation

4. Changes to Bookings

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If an unforeseen issue affects the originally agreed vehicle or driver, we will aim to communicate with the customer and discuss a suitable alternative where reasonably possible.

8. Airport Transfers and Waiting Time

For airport transfers, customers should provide accurate flight and contact details where requested. Pickup arrangements, flight delays, waiting time allowances, parking charges and any additional fees should be confirmed during booking.

9. Weddings and Special Events

10. Long-Distance Travel

For journeys outside Karachi, the customer and our team should agree on the route, stops, expected duration, overnight arrangements if needed, driver expenses, tolls and other applicable costs before travel.

Journey times may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, security restrictions or other circumstances outside our control.

11. Website Content and Availability

We aim to keep our website information accurate and up to date. However, vehicle images, service descriptions, estimated journey details and availability information are provided for general guidance unless specifically confirmed for your booking.
